We are looking for a passionate 3D artist, motion graphics and brand designer. As a 3D and Motion Design Expert, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning 3D models, animations, and motion graphics. You will collaborate with our creative director and the broader design team to conceptualize and execute designs that bring our projects to life in unique and compelling ways. You will also be required to edit videos and photos, as well as create stunning, on-brand graphic design assets.

• Expertise in 3D, including 3D animation
• Very high understanding of physics simulations
• Expertise in 2D motion design (motion graphics)
• Experience in video and photo editing
• High understanding of brand design
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in  (Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects) MUST.
• Knowledge of AR/VR or other emerging design technologies [advantage]
• Experience working with Figma [advantage]
• Photography, video, UX UI, micro-copy [advantage]
• Fluent in English

• Develop and execute 3D models and motion graphics for a variety of media (digital, web, video, etc.).
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to create high-quality visual content.
• Bring creative concepts to life through animation, motion design, and visual storytelling.
• Ensure all designs are on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in 3D and motion design.
• Work on tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and producing high-quality output.
• Creating on brand graphic designs for our offices in Serbia.
