We are looking for an experienced HPC engineer who will join as a system architect for the SW infra group, guide the QA team and help to design and develop software to validate the quality for our software-defined hardware solution, and integrate it into a system level test environment.
Requirements
- Bsc. or higher degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or a related field.
- 7 years of relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience with development in one or more HPC application domains
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages
- Experience with Linux operating system and shell scripting for system administration and troubleshooting
- Understanding of OpenMP, MPI, and related parallel programming models —an advantage
- Experience in scripting using languages such as Python —an advantage
- Have a validation mentality of meticulous, curious, and persistent
Responsibilities
- As a system architect you will lead the effort to maintain a high quality SW solution delivery to our HPC customers and following their specific flows and scale requirements.
- Be able to guide the QA team to define testing strategy and plans by having an understanding of our software architecture and capabilities
- Be able to interact with software, customer success and application teams to proactively gather up-to-date knowledge of key software features and capabilities in order to perform the necessary quality assurance procedures
