Technical and Content Writer

Our team is growing and needs an experienced technical and content writer to create, edit and maintain a wide range of technical, business and marketing documentation including product specification, how-to guides, contracts and business proposals, whitepapers, website content, marketing presentations, blogs and more. The successful candidate will support teams across the company to facilitate all manners of content needs as they arise, and play a key role in establishing the documentation infrastructure of the company, as well as building up the company’s online presence with on-brand content and messaging.

Key qualifications

  • 5+ years experience writing and editing all common forms of technical documentation and marketing material including presentations and online messaging.
  • Experience working directly with engineers and other technical stakeholders to help document products and features.
  • Experience working directly with various levels of management.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Ability to efficiently drive multi-stakeholders projects in the organization, execution oriented with great attention to details.
  • Ability to produce and drive on time deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working in the field HPC - a plus.


  • Write clear, concise, and detailed documentation for internal and external audiences.
  • Develop documentation for a wide variety of audiences - technical engineers, partners and integrators, customers and media, as well as executive summaries.
  • Democratize the documentation process across stakeholders, sometimes serving as an editor and integrator for contributing authors.
  • Continually improve document quality, organization, and harmonization.
  • Create and edit marketing content to effectively relay messaging and maintain brand consistency.
  • Gain deep understanding of the company’s market landscape, our offering, key values and value proposition, so that the content created conveys them in an accurate impactful way.
